1.4K Somerset County Customers Still Without Power Following Storm
More than 1,000 Somerset County customers of PSEG and JCPL are still without power on Tuesday following a severe thunderstorm

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Residents across Somerset County are waking up to no power Tuesday morning after a severe thunderstorm swept through the area Monday night.
PSE&G is reporting 498 residents and JCP&L is reported 921 residents in Somerset County are still without power as of Tuesday.

- Bound Brook: Fewer than 5
- Bridgewater: 272
- Hillsborough: 31
- Montgomery: 177
- North Plainfield: 8
- Warren: Fewer than 5
JCP&L customers without power:
- Bernardsville: Fewer than 5
- Branchburg: 888
- Bridgewater: 6
- Hillsborough: 11
- Peapack and Gladstone: Fewer than 5
- Warren: 11
If you are without service due to the weather, report your outage to your energy provider.

Steer clear of downed power lines. Always assume they are live and dangerous. Report downed lines immediately to 888-544-4877.
For PSE&G customers:
During a post-storm, large outage event, PSE&G call centers can become taxed, so customers are encouraged to report outages by logging on to My Account on www.pseg.com, or texting “OUT” to 4PSEG.
Of course, customers also have the option of PSE&G’s Customer Service line at 1-800-436-PSEG.
