Prostitution Arrest Made At Somerset County Massage Parlor After Undercover Sting
Numerous anonymous complaints of alleged prostitution were reported at a massage parlor in Watchung prompting the investigation.
WATCHUNG, NJ — An undercover police sting at a Watchung massage parlor ended with a prostitution arrest recently, authorities said.
An investigation was prompted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office Northern Street Crimes Task Force, after receiving numerous anonymous complaints of alleged prostitution were reported at a massage parlor located within a business complex in Watchung, said Somerset County Prosecutor John P. McDonald.
On Aug. 5 at 11 a.m., Task Force detectives along with Watchung Borough Police Officers searched the massage parlor after getting a warrant.

The search ended in the arrest of Zhuhua Luo, 42, of Barclay Avenue, Flushing, New York, who was charged with third-degree promoting prostitution, and prostitution (a disorderly persons offense).
An undisclosed amount of cash was also seized as alleged proceeds of prostitution, said McDonald.

Luo was released on her own recognizance pending a Superior Court appearance.
