Raritan Woman Found Dead Outside Alleged Killer's Home: Prosecutor

PISCATAWAY, NJ — A Raritan woman was found dead with head injuries outside a home in Piscataway, authorities announced Tuesday.

Christopher Koller, 39, of Piscataway, was charged with the murder of Beth Bezek, 31, of Raritan after she was found early Tuesday morning outside Koller's home.

Bezek visiting Koller at his home when she sustained what appears to be blunt- force trauma to the head, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey.

Police found Bezek laying outside the home on Pond Lane at 1:04 a.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:33 a.m.

The results of an autopsy by the Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office were not immediately available, but it appeared the victim suffered severe injury to her head.

Koller remains in custody in lieu of $1 million bail.
