Redstone American Grill Closes Bridgewater Commons Location

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Redstone American Grill has closed its location at the Bridgewater Commons mall. For how long, is unclear.

Google has listed the restaurant at 400 Commons Way as "permanently closed."

Multiple calls to Redstone's corporate office were not returned to Patch to confirm the closure. Bridgewater Commons told Patch they were looking to confirm the permanent closure.

The restaurant had initially announced a temporary closure due to staffing in January. A sign posted outside the restaurant on Wednesday also still mentions the temporary closure. However, when visiting Redstone's website, the Bridgewater location has since been removed.

Additionally, all of the social pages for Redstone's Bridgewater location were also removed, including its instagram.com/redstone_bridgewater and facebook.com/RedstoneBridgewater.

If you call the restaurant's number, it refers customers to its corporate office.

Redstone American Grill had initially opened in December 2016, offering an Americana-inspired menu with aged steaks, fresh seafood and award-winning BBQ.
