Route 22 Passable After Crash In Bridgewater

A crash with downed poles and wires caused Route 22 to close in both directions in Bridgewater on Sunday. The highway has since reopened.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Route 22 has reopened and is "passable" as of 7:20 p.m. after being closed following a crash Sunday.

A crash with downed poles and wires caused Route 22 to close in both directions in Bridgewater on Sunday morning.

The highway was closed between Route 28 and Country Club Road, Bridgewater Police said around 10 a.m.
