Route 22 Crash Closes Lanes In Both Directions In Bridgewater

Another crash involving an overturned car was previously reported on Chimney Rock Road. It has been cleared.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A crash on Route 22 in Bridgewater is closing lanes on both sides of the highway on Monday morning.

The crash was reported just before 10 a.m. on Route 22 in both directions at the exit for County Route 643/Mountain Avenue in Bridgewater Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation's 511NJ website.

As a result, one left lane of 3 lanes is closed on the westbound side and one right lane of 3 lanes is closed on the eastbound side.
