Village Brewing Company, Somerset County's first brewpub and Grumpy Bobas, a bubble tea café, are also slated to open in 2018 in Somerville.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — The Salad House, a fast casual restaurant specializing in fresh customized and signature salads, will officially open its doors on Feb. 2 at 58 West Main St. in Downtown Somerville.
This will be the New Jersey franchise's fourth location to open under the ownership of David Delinko. This will add to existing locations in Westfield, Millburn and Morristown.
“We serve health-conscious, comfort food that is personalized to suit the individual taste, dietary and nutritional needs of each and every customer whether they dine in or choose from our wide selection of catering options for their home or office family,” stated Delinko.
