Second Day Of Bridgewater Deer Hunt Closes Park
Washington Valley Park in Bridgewater closed Jan. 13 for deer hunt
Bridgewater, NJ -- The second day of the Somerset County Park Commission’s deer hunt takes place today at Washington Valley Park.
The first day was on Jan. 6 in the Bridgewater park.
Shotgun hunting is what is permitted at the park and will take place from sunrise until a half hour after sunset, around 7 p.m.

The park will be closed during the hunt.
Parks included in the deer management program are Washington Valley Park and Duke Island Park.

- Trails in Washington Valley Park will be closed Jan. 13, 20, 27 and Feb. 3 and 10.
- Duke Island Park will be closed on Jan. 19 and Feb. 9.
