From a supermarket to clothing stores to food chains, Chimney Rock shopping center announces new business in Bridgewater.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Many new stores are opening up in Bridgewater's Chinmey Rock new shopping complex off Route 22.
Regency Centers, which is developing the Chimney Rock shopping center, announced the following businesses that have a signed lease including:
- Whole Foods Market,
- The Container Store,
- Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th,
- Nordstrom Rack.

- Ulta.
And there are still 13 other spaces available for businesses to lease.
The new complex is located just off Route 22 in Bridgewater near Interstate 287.

The more upscale businesses will cater to county residents and employees as Somerset County is ranked the 8th wealthiest county in the country.
According to the numbers, the average household income in a 5-mile radius is $113,050, 10-minute drive is $107,977, and 15-minute drive is $112,577.
The median house value in a 5-mile radius is $370,862, 10-minute drive is $363,415, and 15-minute drive is $367,958.
