Sit, Stay and Learn with Puppy and Dog Obedience Classes

Get started on the right paw with several dog training offerings at Live and Learn Dogs in Bridgewater

Prevent potential behavior issues by enrolling in a Puppy Obedience Class and Puppy Socials at Live and Learn Dogs in Bridgewater.

The Puppy Class, for ages 8 to 20 weeks is a 6-week course introduces puppies to behaviors such as sit, wait, walk nicely on leash, coming when called, “Don’t pee on that!” and more. The main emphasis on the class is socialization, so puppies will have lots of time to participate in appropriate play with each other during the hour-long session. Sessions run weekdays, weeknights and Saturdays.

  • 10 am Mondays, starting March 9 

  • 11:30 am Saturdays, start March 14

  • 6 pm Tuesdays, start March 17

A well-socialized puppy is a happy one. Trainer-supervised play sessions give your pup opportunities beyond the classroom for appropriate play & offer owners the chance to learn about canine body language & more.
 The cost is $15 for one 45-minute session.

The Basic Dog Training Class is a good option for doggy parents of canines five months and older. In this 7-week class, dogs can learn sit, down, coming when called, “leave that alone” and more. Dogs also will learn how to walk nicely on leash. Classes are offered weekdays, weeknights and Saturdays.

Another way to supplement your dog’s training is through the Puppy Prep School at Live and Learn Dogs. Dogs of all ages can benefit from this drop-off program from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Tuesdays. Each session offers play, socialization & extra training opportunities.
