Snow Storm Causes Bridgewater-Raritan Schools To Amend 2017 Calendar

Bridgewater-Raritan Schools will vote on the Amended calendar for 2017 at the Tuesday night board meeting.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Due to the late snow this winter, Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District has exhausted all three of their snow days for the 2016-17 school year.

As a result, the calendar for the remainder of the year has been amended. Spring Break will be extended to include closing school on Monday, April 17 in exchange for the opening of school on Thursday, April 27.

"This change will allow students consistent continuity of instruction once school resumes again on April 18th," the district stated.
