Somerset County 4-H Fair Is Back After 2-Year COVID Hiatus

The annual Somerset County 4-H Fair is returning this August after being canceled for two years in a row due to coronavirus concerns.

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — The Somerset County 4-H Fair is finally back! The free family-friendly event will return for three days in August after being canceled for the past two years due to coronavirus concerns.

The fair is held annually in August at North Branch Park in Bridgewater since 1947 and "has become an annual cornerstone of Somerset County, drawing in a diverse and ever-growing attendance," according to Somerset County 4-H.

The fair which attracts more than 60,000 visitors from Somerset County and neighboring communities, allows 4-H youth to present all of their hard work throughout the year.
