Somerset County COVID Vaccine Numbers: Latest Count

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — With booster shots starting to roll out for some, let's take a look at how our communities in Somerset County are doing as far as vaccination rates.

As of Friday, just under 234,000 Somerset County residents have been fully vaccinated out of the roughly 328,000 residents or just over 70 percent, according to the state's COVID-19 dashboard. (See below for a full breakdown of vaccination numbers by town in Somerset County)

Currently, Rocky Hill has the highest percentage of eligible residents (12 and over) fully vaccinated with 89 percent followed by Bernards Township and Montgomery at 84 percent.

Peapack and Gladstone has the lowest percentage of eligible residents (12 and over) fully vaccinated with 58 percent.

Somerset County offers the COVID-19 vaccine every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the Somerset County Senior Wellness Center, 876 E Main Street, Bridgewater. The Pfizer vaccine is available for Somerset County residents 12 and older. And the Moderna vaccine for those over 18 years old. Third doses are also available for the immunocompromised only.
