Somerset County Fugitive Of Month Wanted For Identity Theft
Joseph E. Martino Jr. is named the Fugitive of the Month for April 2026 by the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office.

RARITAN, NJ — A man wanted on multiple charges, including identity theft in Raritan, was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office(SCPO) Fugitive of the Month for April.
Joseph E. Martino Jr. is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear for one count of second-degree identity theft, one count of third-degree theft, and two counts of third-degree theft by deception, all of which occurred between March and July of 2021 in Raritan Borough.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The SCPO released the following information on Martino Jr.:
- Date of birth: 01/11/1972
- Height: 6'1
- Weight: 230
- Hair: Brown
- Eyes: Hazel
- Tattoos: Multiple-Left/Right Arm, Shoulder, Back, Hand
- Last known address: Perth Amboy ( Middlesex County)
