Somerset County Recycling, Transportation Suspended Tuesday

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Due to the severe winter storm, Somerset County curbside recycling pickups and transportation services are suspended Tuesday.

Recycling

Recycling scheduled for Tuesday for Bedminster, Bernardsville, Peapack-Gladstone, Far Hills and Bridgewater - Sunset Lake area is now suspended.

Additionally, recycling service was suspended on Monday for Bernards Township, Franklin – Society Hill I & II, Whitehall Manor, Beacon Hill and surrounding areas.

"Residents in areas with suspended recycling services are asked to put recycling bins out at the curbside this evening and then leave the bins curbside until Somerset County Recycling is able to arrive," according to Somerset County.

Residents could see recycling pickup delays continuing into later this week.

Transportation

All Somerset County Transportation services will remain suspended Tuesday, including public transit and paratransit services. Services will resume on Wednesday.
