Somerset Patriots Will Celebrate Sparkee's Birthday
Fans asked to bring dog toy as donation for pet shelter.
The Somerset Patriots will host the 15th birthday party for their mascot Sparkee at Monday's 7:05 p.m. game against the York Revolution at TD Bank Ballpark on East Main Street.
More than 15 area mascots will be joining Sparkee, including the New Jersey Devil.
In lieu of a gift for Sparkee, all fans are asked to bring a dog toy or soft treat to the game to be donated to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center. Fans who bring a donation will receive a special ticket offer to a future Patriots game.

Beginning at 5 p.m, all Somerset Sluggers Kids Club members are invited to join Sparkee and his friends for an exclusive birthday celebration.
The exclusive party will have a superhero theme and all Kids Club members are invited to dress in their favorite superhero costume. Pizza, Capri Sun, and cake will be served during the celebration.

During the game, Kids Club members are invited to stop by the Kids Club table located behind the Press Box to sign a birthday card for Sparkee.
