Summer Walking Food Tour Is Headed To Somerville

SOMERVILLE, NJ — Break out the sandals and get your appetite ready as another food tour is headed to Somerville this summer.

The "Taste Around the World Food Tour" hosted by Beyond the Plate Food Tours, formally Jersey Girls Food Tours, will feature a three-hour narrated walking tour to four Somerville restaurants on Saturday, Aug. 10 from 2 to 5 p.m.

Guests will sample signature dishes from each restaurant along with select beverage pairings.

The tour will make stops at De Martino, a Cuban Restaurant; Kyma; Kuay Tiew Noodles and More; and Cafe Picasso. There will also be wine pairings from Discover Wine and beer pairings from Village Brewing as well as to-go treats from the Blue Sheep Bake Shop.

Tickets are $89 per adult (ages 8 and up) and includes all food, select beverage pairings, and narrated tour. To buy tickets visit BeyondThePlateFoodTours.com.
