Crate & Barrel at 30 Commons Way closed at the end of 2021. However, a month before its closure the Bridgewater Commons management requested the rezoning change to the Township to allow for medical use due to "issues and challenges with the economy" at the time.
The Township approved the rezoning of the building in December 2021.
