Sweet New Creations Closes Up Shop In Raritan

The shop will remain open every Saturday or by appointment for cupcakes and anyone looking to buy equipment until the end of the month.

RARITAN, NJ — Sweet New Creations, a confectionary shop in Raritan, will be closing up shop at the end of August.

"We just wanted to thank you for all the love and support you've given us over the past several years. It has been a joy, honor, and privilege to be a part of our local community in this capacity. We’ve experienced a lot of successes and setbacks, and many, many smiles from all of you who have come and tried our cupcakes. But it is time to close this chapter of our lives," said Daisy Masangya Ladignon, owner of Sweet New Creations.

The shop, located at 12 Andreson St. in Raritan, will remain open from 2 to 5 p.m. every Saturday or by appointment (Monday to Saturday) for anyone who may want to purchase supplies and equipment at a discounted price.

Additionally, curbside pickup is still available until the store is officially closed, and cupcakes will still be available 2 to 5 p.m. every Saturday until then.

"Until then we are truly grateful for all the well wishes and wonderful memories you’ve helped us create with Sweet New Creations. As always, we hope we’ve brought extra joy to your days," Ladignon said.
