Thieves Break Into Bridgewater Home Looking For Car Keys: Police
The Ardmaer Drive residents were reportedly home during the break-in, said Bridgewater Police Chief John Mitzak.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Thieves looking to steal a vehicle broke into a Bridgewater home with residents inside early Monday morning, said Bridgewater Police Chief John Mitzak to Patch.
The burglary happened around 3:30 a.m. on Monday at a home on Ardmaer Drive in the Bradley Gardens section of the Township.
There were no injuries and people were home at the time, said Mitzak.

"Early investigation leads us to believe that the suspects were looking to steal a vehicle, however, they were not successful," said Mitzak.
No other information was released as the burglary remains an active investigation.
