Uncle Julio's Plans To Open 1st NJ Location In Bridgewater
The Mexican restaurant, serving made-from-scratch cuisine, is planning a fall opening in the Bridgewater Commons
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Uncle Julio's is opening its first New Jersey location at the Bridgewater Commons.
The Mexican restaurant is planning a fall opening. Hiring will also be in the fall, according to a spokeswoman with Uncle Julio's.
The restaurant is taking the place of McCormick & Schmick's that closed in January.

Uncle Julio’s will serve made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine using fresh ingredients. There is also an interactive menu that includes watching guacamole made table-side, looking into the open kitchen to see dishes being prepared, or cracking open a Chocolate Piñata.
The restaurant will be a mix of Old World Mexican and modern industrial décor with finishes including barn wood, stone, oak and exposed brick. To-go will also be offered.
