Unquarantined: Things To Do This Weekend Around Somerset County

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — Looking for something to do this weekend? Check out this list of goings-on in and around Somerset County.

Discovering Raritan Event

The Raritan Economic Development Committee (EDC) is hosting the annual "Discovering Raritan", Event on Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. along Somerset Street.

The family fun event will include offerings from more than 50 Raritan businesses, a life-sized
game center, beer tent, DJ, live band, food trucks, strolling characters and LED performers, to name a few of the unique attractions.

Waterfall Hike

Explore the constructed waterfalls of Duke Farms at 1112 Dukes Parkway W in Hillsborough on Saturday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. On this hike, learn about the waterways and how they contribute to a healthy environment. This session will also allow for some great opportunities to view wildlife and the emerging natural growth. Guests should bring a camera or binoculars.

The class is entirely outdoors and participants should be prepared to walk or stand the entire time. For more information click here.

Somerville Summer Stage: The Broadcasters

The Broadcasters will perform in Downtown Somerville on Division Street on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. The free event is hosted by the Downtown Somerville Alliance.

originally formed in 2004, all four original members were from Scotch Plains and recently added Phil Liebergall. The broadcasters have been performing at local venues and events throughout Somerset and Union County over the past 15 years playing classic to current rock. For more information click here.
