Van Drives Off Chimney Rock Road, Hits Utility Pole In Bridgewater: Police
The crash caused the area around Route 22 to be closed on Wednesday night.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A van crashed into a utility pole on Chimney Rock Road, causing a road closure on Wednesday night.
On Wednesday at around 9:24 p.m., a van was traveling north on Chimney Rock Road in the area of the Route 22 overpass when it drove off the road and hit a utility pole, said Bridgewater Police Lt. Steve Zeichner to Patch.
The crash caused low-hanging wires and the road to be closed.

Repairs have been completed, and the road was reopened as of 11:15 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
