Veggie Garden Workshop Hosted By Somerset Rutgers Master Gardeners

In this workshop, participants will learn the benefits of indoor seed starting, and what materials are needed for successful germination.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Somerset County, Somerset County Dept. of Agriculture & Natural Resources, and Rutgers Master Gardeners of Somerset County will be hosting a workshop in March about vegetable gardening and seed starting for growing vegetables.

No prior vegetable gardening knowledge is required, and gardeners of all experience levels are welcome.

This event will take place on Saturday, March 18 at the Ted Blum 4-H Center – 310 Milltown Rd, Bridgewater and will run from 9:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Pre-registration is required for attendance and costs $20 per person. The registration link can be found at: https://ce-catalog.rutgers.edu/coursedisplay.cfm?schID=88490. Space for this event is limited, and those interested are encouraged to register as soon as possible.
