Watch and Get Pumped for Somerset Patriots' Opening Day

Bridgewater, NJ -- Batter up!

The Somerset Patriots will kick off the 2016 season with a fireworks show during Opening Day at TD Bank Ballpark on Thursday, April 21.

The Opening Day festivities will feature a Championship Celebration honoring the 2015 Atlantic League champion Somerset Patriots.

The pregame, on-field ceremony will begin around 6:30 p.m. and include the presentation of the championship rings to returning players and coaches, as well as the raising of the 2015 championship flag.

The pregame festivities will also include special videos looking back at the 2015 season, introduction of the 2016 roster, and other presentations. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to be able to enjoy all the pregame activities.

The first game of the season will be against the Long Island Ducks -- the team that Somerset defeated in the Liberty Division Championship Series to advance to the Atlantic League Championship Series. The game will start at 7:05 p.m.

All fans in attendance will receive a 2016 Magnetic Schedule presented by the Somerset Health Care Foundation.
