RARITAN, NJ — Basilico is the newest Italian restaurant in the area and they are generating rave reviews from local foodies.
Hillsborough couple Joe Trani and Kari LaSpisa opened Basilico at 46 W Somerset St. in Raritan on June 1. The restaurant serves authentic, made-from-scratch Italian cuisine straight from Trani's hometown of Ischia - an island off the coast of Naples in Italy.
