Take A Wine Crawl On A 15-Passenger Bike Through Downtown Somerville

The Pedalcycle will make stops at 5 different bars during Somerville's Girls Night Out on Thursday, May 12.

SOMERVILLE, NJ — Ladies will have a very unique night out as they sip wine and get a workout at the same time.

The Downtown Somerville Alliance announced the return of Girls Night Out on Thursday, May 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. which will include the Pedalcycle — New Jersey’s only 15-passenger pedal tour.

The Pedalcycle will make stops at five different bars where each passenger will get a discounted special Girls Night Out cocktail.

The event will feature shopping and dining deals from various downtown Somerville merchants, a signature beverage crawl, entertainment, raffles, experiences, and more.

"We are thrilled for the return of Girls Night Out," said Natalie Pineiro, Executive Director of the Downtown Somerville Alliance. "This premier event gives participants the chance to unwind, share laughs with friends, and enjoy the unique pleasures of Downtown Somerville."

Special offers from merchants will include trunk shows, special sales/promotions, in-store events, and food and drink specials from some of downtown Somerville's eateries.

Participants will also be able to enjoy live music, a drag performance and a free trolley that will make stops around the district.

Tickets can be purchased via eventbrite with pricing starting at $10. Attendees will also be able to purchase ticket add-ons that include a VIP Swag Bag, a signature beverage crawl, a charcuterie board workshop, a luxury picnic on the courthouse lawn, and more.
