Zinburger Announces Opening Date For 1st Somerset County Location

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar has announced it will open its newest location in Bridgewater in February.

This is a little over a year since construction began in October 2017 at the location off Somerset Corporate Boulevard and Route 202/206 South. Across the highway from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. (See Related: Zinburger, Hotel With Rooftop Bar Coming To Bridgewater)

The location will also be home to a AC Hotels by Marriott which will feature 150 guest rooms and a rooftop bar and lounge.

The 5,800-square-foot, free-standing Zinburger is a popular upscale burger restaurant offering gourmet burgers and paired wine selections.

The burgers are crafted from fresh meat ground in-house twice daily and served on freshly baked buns from local bakeries. The restaurant also offers house-made pies and a shake of the month.

The Bridgewater location will mark the seventh location for the franchise and its first for Somerset County. Plans are also underway to open another location in Watchung where the former Sears used to be. (See Related: 5 New Businesses Are Coming To The Shoppes At Watchung)
