Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar Opens Tuesday In Bridgewater

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, an upscale boutique burger restaurant, will be opening its new Bridgewater location on Tuesday, Feb. 12, the company announced. The restaurant will be located at 550 Somerset Corporate Park Blvd, next to the new AC Hotel by Marriott and across the highway from the Bridgewater Commons Mall.

This will be the 17th Zinburger location on the East Coast, the seventh in New Jersey, and first in Somerset County.

During the grand opening week, Zinburger will be selling limited edition VIP Gold Cards for $100 with all proceeds benefiting the Meghan Rose Bradley Foundation, which raises public awareness and funds for pediatric brain cancer as well as providing scholarships to local students.

With the donation, guests will receive a $100 Zinburger gift card and a VIP Gold Card which entitles them to “top of the wait list” status and half-priced bottles of wine through the end of the year.

Being a part of and giving back to the community is at the heart of the Zinburger brand.”

All the gourmet burgers at Zinburger are scratch-made and cooked-to-order. Signature burgers include the Zinburger (with Manchego cheese and Zinfandel braised onions), the Kobe Burger (cheddar and wild mushrooms) and the French Dip (Certified Angus beef and prime rib blended patty, Provolone cheese, fried onion strings, Parmesan horseradish créme and aus jus).

The 6,893-square foot Bridgewater location features 21 high-definition televisions and seating capacity of 256 including the dining room, bar and outdoor patio. The new restaurant’s outdoor patio features a 10-foot fire pit and seating for 61.

Zinburger offers a full bar with cocktails and an extensive wine and beer selection.

In addition to gourmet hamburgers, Zinburger also offers a turkey burger, Ahi sandwich, veggie burger, two chicken sandwiches, chili bowl and six hearty salads. Sides include hand-cut fries, tater tots, onion rings, mac and cheese, and Wasabi coleslaw. The dessert menu features old fashioned, hand-spun shakes, floats and malts as well as banana and chocolate cream pies.

Zinburger’s operating hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
