• Patriots Alliance secures Seniority Service Credit for military veteran ESPs (njea.org) — A new state law now lets military veteran educational support professionals earn up to four years of seniority credit, just like teachers, potentially boosting job security and pensions. Burlington County teaching assistant and Marine veteran Sandi Wilcox helped launch the campaign that pushed the bill through Trenton, giving local ESP veterans a concrete reason to review their eligibility and talk with their union reps.
