So I live and pay taxes in Caldwell. And don't shop in town because of the traffic and hassle. So today I thought I'd park on Bloomfield Ave and walk into some of the stores. That is the last time I will do so becasue I got a parking ticket - on Saturday morning when most of the stores were empty and looking for paying customers. But I won't be one of them ever. The ticket and the mismatched traffic lights and just the hassle of getting thru town and parking is just not worth it. How dumb can municipal gov't be?
