This series is designed
to provide support and education to adults who have a brother or sister with
mental illness. Connecting with other siblings is validating as siblings often
have their own unique perspective on family relationships and have worked hard
to develop their own effective coping strategies.
Come join the
discussion as we share information on mental illness and treatments, provide an
overview to better understand benefits, entitlements and community resources
and talk about caregiving and planning for the future. Various creative
modalities will be employed throughout the series.
When: Feb 19, Feb 26, March 5, April 2, April 16 and April 30
Time: 6:30-8:00PM
Cost: Free
