Emergency Water Repair In North Caldwell Set For Tuesday Evening

NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — An emergency water line repair in North Caldwell might lead to some service disruptions on Tuesday evening, authorities say.

The Borough of North Caldwell will begin work on the 20-block of Bloomfield Avenue around 8 p.m. Nearby residents and businesses may temporarily see reduced or disrupted water service, or discolored water.

Any interruption is expected to be limited, the borough said.

ROAD CLOSURE

Bloomfield Avenue will be closed eastbound from White Rock Road to Mountain Avenue while the emergency repair work is underway.

Motorists traveling through the area are asked to use alternate routes and allow additional travel time, the borough said.
