Go Hog Wild at the Caldwell Farmers' Market Friday 7/20

Go Hog Wild at the Caldwell Farmers’ Market Friday

Friday, July 20 will be Hog Wild BBQ Day at the Caldwell Farmers’ Market.   From 12-6, this popular local restaurant will offer their delicious pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket, and full racks or ribs.  Their homemade specialty barbecue sauces, corn bread, and baked goods will also be available. For some relief from the heat, cool off with glass of their freshly brewed and iced hibiscus, sweet, or un-sweet tea.

At 1:00, Hog Wild Executive Chef and master of BBQ, Dave Daniolowicz, will demonstrate his grilling techniques and answer all of your barbeque questions. You won’t want to miss this special event!  Chef Dave is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America who, after years of success in barbeque competitions, opened Hog Wild BBQ with his brother Drew.  The restaurant is located at 405 Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell.
