Rosemarie Cafiero, who has been rescuing animals since 1977 and is also known locally as the founder and former president of Orphaned Pets, recently announced the launch of Rosemarie's Rescue Ranch Inc., a state licensed, nonprofit rescue organization based in West Caldwell. "Our mission is simple… rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome the relinquished," Cafiero stated in a news release.
