Author Ann Brasco Visits Trinity Academy in Caldwell
The Caldwell University graduate reads to students from her children's book.
Author Ann Brasco read her book “Sweetie’s Search for a Forever Home in the Garden State” to students at Trinity Academy in Caldwell on Thursday, May 20.
Brasco explained the inspiration for the story, how she published the book and how Trinity students could be writers too. At the end of the presentation, Ann answered student questions and signed copies of the book.
Joining Brasco was Denise Costantino, the book’s illustrator.

According to a release, Brasco graduated from Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament School, Mount Saint Dominic Academy and received a Master’s Degree in clinical social work from New York University. She earned a B.A. in English and criminal justice from Caldwell University, where she was the co-editor of their literary magazine, Calyx.
Brasco currently resides in Northern New Jersey with her family, including three daughters (one in Trinity’s kindergarten), husband and three rescue dogs.
