Fit Fact—Palm Fruit Oil

Using palm fruit oil is a great and healthy alternative to other oils.

Palm Fruit oil is all-natural, non-hydrogenated and will not raise your bad cholesterol. But what I like most about this type of oil is that it does not lose its nutritional value when cooked at high temperatures.

Palm oil is also high in carotanoids which include carotene and lycopene. Carotanoids are converted by the body into vitamin A helping to maintain good vision, a healthy immune system and aiding in the elimination of free radicals.
