
If you love lemonade you are sure to love this recipe for Mint Lemonade! It's a unique twist on your average lemonade!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh squeezed Organic Lemons (About 6-8 Lemons, Preferrably Organic Lemons)

1 Cup Organic Sugar (Regular sugar can be used becuase it will dissolve quicker)
1 cup of water (For the Simple Syrup)

At Least 4 cups of Water (You can add more to fit your taste)
About 5 large mint leaves (I used the ones from my garden)
*If your mint leaves are small use about 10*
Ice Cubes
Directions:
1. Begin by squeezing 1 Cup of Lemon juice and pour into a blender
2. Add one cup of sugar into a sauce pan and add the one cup of water
3. Turn your stove onto the medium heat setting and let the sugar water dissolve into a simple syrup. (You will want to stir your mixture to help it dissolve)
4. Let the simple syrup cool slightly
5. Pour the simple syrup into the blender with the lemon juice
6. Add four cups of water
7. Add the mint
8. Add ice
9. Blend until mint leaves are fine
10. Add your mint lemonade into a pitcher with additional ice cubes
11. You can garnish your pitcher with extra mint and lemon slices
*You may need to divide the lemonade into 2 batches due to blender capacity*
