Real Estate Buzz: The Caldwells

The crocuses in my garden are blooming and so is the real estate market in the Caldwells... This week, we have no fewer than 11 new house listings and 10 houses under contract. There seems to be some glimmer of hope this will be the year that the housing market starts to recover—what do you think?
