A big weekend for open houses this weekend brought lots of buyers to our area. Did you visit any open houses this past Sunday for National Open House day?
Welcome May! Coldwell Banker participated in the National Open House Day this past weekend and the buyers were out in droves! Slowly but surely, all signs are pointing to better days in the world of real estate. There were many exciting real estate transactions this week, including the "moving like hot-cakes" units in North Caldwell's active-adult community Four Seasons. This week also introduced several lovely new homes to the market including the ones I have pictured here: 9 Cambridge Drive in North Caldwell for $675,000 and 214 Central Avenue in West Caldwell for $388,000.
