West Essex High School Honors Choir Performs at Country Club
The West Essex High School's Honor Choir performed at the Essex Fells Country Club.
The West Essex Regional High School Honors Choir “The Accolades” performed a holiday concert at the Essex Fells Country Club.
The concert was for the Essex Fells Women’s Association Christmas Luncheon on Dec. 8. About 25 students in the group, dressed in tuxedoes and long black gowns, performed several holiday songs for the women, including “Jolly Old St. Nicholas,” “The 12 Days of Christmas” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.”
Following the concert, Derek Sica, West Essex Supervisor of World Languages and Music, said he was very pleased to see the choir perform for the association. “The students did a wonderful job under Miss Sorrentino’s direction,” he said. “Today we are able to showcase our students’ talent.”
