Workout Supplements, Good or Bad?

Stay away from quick fixes and false advertising.

Vitamins, Shakes, Pills and Powders ... Makes up a billion dollar industry. But are they good? Do they work? Are they harmful?

These are common questions from most. Since high school I have wasted more money and time in supplement stores trying to look like the guys on the covers of magazines.

I admit, I have been sucked into the ads, the books, the infomercials. It all sounds so good.

At the end of the day, I would say 99% of it is all junk. Most of it is a complete fraud. There is nothing, I repeat NOTHING that will replace hard work, good nutrition and consistence.  

Next time you're thinking about a new "revolutionary" pill or new powder promising to drop 60 lbs. in 20 days, please think again.
