West Caldwell, NJ – The Caldwell Chiefs football team recently helped to raise $500 for a scholarship in memory of James Caldwell High School sophomore Jacob Gaynor-Crisci’s aunt, Jill Lecorchick, who passed away from breast cancer.
Lecorchick, who was originally diagnosed in 2010, worked closely with the Mama Mare Breast Cancer Foundation throughout her treatment, a school news release stated.
Pooling their efforts, the team raised hundreds of dollars for the Jilly Bean Scholarship fund.
