The May 27 event will support projects that include home repair efforts and youth music programs.
The First Presbyterian Church in Caldwell will host a golf tournament in support of its youth mission projects on Wednesday, May 27, at the Farmstead Golf and Country Club, 88 Lawrence Road, in Lafayette Township.
According to a release, money raised from the annual golf outing will support several youth-oriented projects:
- Junior and senior high students who go to Pittsburgh each summer to repair houses for the poor, sick and elderly
- An annual Christmas party held for women and children living in a domestic violence shelter
- Youth music programs including choir tour
The event will begin with a noon lunch, followed by a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start. After an afternoon of golf, the event will feature a buffet dinner and cash bar.
