Caldwell College Women's Basketball Wins Semi-Finals in Double-Overtime

Caldwell College advanced to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament finals after a thrilling double-overtime win over Goldey-Beacom College Friday afternoon.

Caldwell overcame Goldey-Beacom, 70-69, in the semifinals held at the University of the Sciences' Morgan Arena in Philadelphia.

The victory makes it 15 wins in a row for the Cougars, who are 19-11 overall.

The final on Saturday will be played at 4 p.m. at USciences against the winner of the Holy Family and Dominican semi-final.

It will be the sixth time the Cougars advance to the finals in the program’s history and the first time since 2003, when Caldwell won the CACC championship.
