Caldwell Lawyer Appointed Vice-Chair Of NJ Lottery Commission
Patrick Toscano of Fairfield was appointed to the Commission in 2013 by Governor Christie.

An Essex County resident has been appointed as vice-chairman of the New Jersey State Lottery Commission.
According to a release, Patrick Toscano, Jr. – a Fairfield resident who has an office in Caldwell – holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University in South Orange and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark. He is president of the Toscano Law Firm.
Toscano was appointed to the Commission in 2013 by Governor Christie.
