Caldwell Public Library's summer music series celebrates
women who rock. All ages are invited to enjoy a free July 16 concert by Monica Passin. Monica
"Lil' Mo" Passin is a rare triple-threat, a chanteuse who can rock
and write songs that you swear you grew up with. Her captivating voice also breathes
