Caldwell Library's Literary Series Will Kick Off Sept. 5
This series will continue with special literary events on September 12, 19 and 26.
From the Caldwell Public Library: The Caldwell Public Library, 268 Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell, NJ is pleased to present a Literary Series in September. Join us for entertaining readings and a good cup of coffee on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm. There will be an opportunity to network with authors and ask questions about their lives and writings.
The Series will kick off on September 5th with, Russell Paul La Valle. Mr. La Valle will be presenting this evening from his newly published novel Underground Dreams—an improbable modern-day love story for women and men.
Russell Paul La Valle is a New York-based writer and screenwriter - having had previous incarnations as a teacher, songwriter, and marketing and advertising executive, where he wrote for many of the country’s top companies and corporations. His work has appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, New York Daily News, The Village Voice, News-day, and Playboy, as well as online opinion sites, including American Thinker, The Daily Caller, and The Hill. His cable features have appeared on HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and The Movie Channel. He is a former contributing editor to The Objectivist Center, a philosophical think tank, where he wrote on issues of the day from an ethical and rights-based perspective. His work has been picked up nationally, internationally, and anthologized. Born in New York City, he lives with his wife in the Hudson Valley.

Underground Dreams is currently under consideration as a feature film. The book will be available for purchase at this event.
