In Caldwell: Musicians Prepare to Rumble at Upcoming Battle of the Bands
Local high school student bands include: In By Monday, Jacobus, Small Victories and The Subcultures.

When musicians battle, everyone wins.
On Friday, May 8, the James Caldwell High School Music & More Booster Club will host its annual Battle of the Bands, featuring four local groups.
The show will take place at 7:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at James Caldwell High School on Westville Avenue in West Caldwell. Doors open at 7 p.m.

According to a release, all of the bands feature high school students, most of whom are from the Caldwell/West Caldwell area: In By Monday, Jacobus, Small Victories and The Subcultures.
An independent panel of judges from Modern Music Academy in Caldwell, School of Rock in Montclair, and School of Rock in Wayne will decide the winner.

Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase; proceeds will benefit the JCHS Music & More Booster Club, which supports the performing arts programs at the high school.
Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door.
