Caldwell Police Investigate Commercial Break-Ins
Entry gained into salon, accounting office and restaurant near Bloomfield and Park.
The Caldwell Police Department is investigating three commercial break-ins that occurred in the area of Park and Bloomfield avenues early Tuesday morning, Detective/Sgt. Tony Marta said.
According to Marta, rear entry was gained to Salon De Vince at 4 Park Ave., H&R Block at 355 Bloomfield Ave., and Hong Kong Chinese Kitchen at 357 Bloomfield Ave., sometime between 5 and 8 a.m.
An employee of Bagel Loft at 359 Bloomfield Ave., arrived at work at about 5 a.m., and noticed entry had been made into the three businesses that have adjacent rear access when she went out to her car at about 8 a.m., Marta said.
